Always adjust the daily feeding amount to your drinking water amount. We recommend GladiatorPLUS a maximum of twice a year as intensive feeding for pet birds that are kept purely in cages.
Note on the pipette for 100ml bottles: The pipette draws itself to approx. 1/3 full = 20 drops = 1ml.

40-day intensive feeding
At the beginning (or after a longer break) GladiatorPLUS is fed daily as a 40-day intensive feed. The aim of these first 40 days is to keep the body milieu of your bird in balance through the Milieufeeding in connection with bird-friendly attitude and feeding, to maintain the intestinal health, to support the immune system and to accompany the natural body drainage.
If necessary: extend intensive feeding
If the desired feeding success has not yet been achieved after 40 days of intensive feeding, or if your bird has many or long-lasting nutritional problems, you can extend this phase for a further 10 to 40 days. We would be happy to advise you individually and free of charge.
Maintain health level permanently
Maintenance feeding 3 times a week
After intensive feeding, you feed GladiatorPLUS only 3 times a week - permanently throughout the year. The aim of maintenance feeding is to keep the body milieu of your dog in balance and to maintain its natural health level with minimal, positive impulses in feeding and husbandry.
If necessary: stress feeding
In the case of special challenges, we recommend that you feed your bird the GladiatorPLUS Milieufeeding every day. In the case of longer transport, worming or vaccination, for example, a daily dose 5 days before to 5 days after exposure can be very useful. When changing fur, daily feeding for four to six weeks from early spring or late summer has proven to be effective.
Feeding recommendation for birds
The daily amount of water a bird can drink is usually around 80ml per 1kg of body weight. Our daily feeding recommendation is:
1.5 ml GladiatorPLUS milieu feeding (= 30 drops) per 100 ml of drinking water
Depending on the number of birds in an aviary, bird owners offer their animals different amounts of drinking water per day. Based on this, our daily feeding recommendation is e.g. as follows:

50 ml amount of drinking water: 15 drops (0.75 ml)
100 ml amount of drinking water: 30 drops (1.5 ml)
200 ml amount of drinking water: 60 drops (3.0 ml)
